What to expect
Show up 10 minutes early, ready to work. A coach greets you at the door and gets you set up.
Class runs 50 to 60 minutes. You will leave sweaty, knowing you got better that day, and with your first name learned by every coach in the room.

Meet a coach, book your body scan, and take your first class.
Try every class type. Find the times that fit your week.
Stay on Premium, switch tiers, or cancel. Your call.

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Every workout scales to where you are. Your coach adjusts the weight, reps and movements so you finish every class.
I have never done this kind of training. Will I know what to do?
Yes. A coach runs every class, demos every movement and learns your name on day one. Nobody is left guessing.
What classes can I take during the trial?
Every group class on the schedule: Peak Hybrid, Peak Strike boxing, Pump Lower and Pump Upper. Unlimited for two weeks.
What happens after the two weeks?
Your trial rolls into Premium ($89 a month, 8 classes) unless you tell us otherwise. No contract. Change tiers or cancel before your next billing.
Is the body scan included?
Yes. Your trial includes a body composition scan on our Hume scale, so you know your starting numbers.
